ID POLICY.

All services require a valid government issued photo ID, we cannot perform any services without it!

ALL MINOR SERVICES require the minor's legal parent/guardian to be present the entire visit and in the piercing room at the time of the service.

The state of Minnesota requires minors to bring ALL the following to their appointment: 

• Minors original Birth Certificate

• Minors photo ID (includes but not limited too: student ID, passport, state ID, gym membership, recent year book, any identification with recent photo of the minor along with their legal name that matches their birth certificate. Please bring name change documents if applicable)

• Legal Parent/guardian valid Government issued Photo ID (Parent/Guardian accompanying minor. The name on parent ID must match the parents name on minors birth certificate. Please bring name change documents, marriage certificate, or adoption papers if applicable)

PLEASE REACH OUT PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF PROPER DOCUMENTATION. WE CANNOT PROVIDE ANYONE A SERVICE WITHOUT VAILD IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED BY THE STATE.
